Plan B means going solo. She'll re=connect or she won't but in my experience, if she had dropped her phone in the toilet or something and she really wanted to go, she would've borrowed a phone. When they go dark like that it means either an ex blew back into town or she got a better offer. Happens. Don't fret and certainly don't chase. You've done enough. Take a friend with her ticket but go anyway. I would.
