Best start your own business guys... No security in working for companies now that are all putting women into power positions as fast as they can.

The industry is too full of people not cut out to run a company.

Or be in a position of authority at all. I've found in tech it's the most incompetent technical people who gun for management positions as soon as possible. And they love the idea of being a boss. Often it's cultural.
