My last ex and I got banged up in a car accident and were both laid up for a little over two months. One of the reasons she gave for the breakup was she got fat and I got skinny. I work a labor intensive job and lift in the gym as well but obviously couldn't work out with a broken knee and ribs. As soon as I could I hit the weights and got more buff than ever, and she continued to get fatter. Her solution to the problem? Get a fat boyfriend. Somehow I think I came out better.
