Pretty much raised by a single mom whom I ended up leaving at 15 because she was chasing cc and ended up with a drug dealer who ended up having us move hotel to hotel. lived with friends and other family until 18 when I got my own place.

My step dad ended up passing away when I was 17 and the whole family felt sympathy. I didn't give af or go to the funeral. Since then my mom has had multiple different BFS and done her own thing and I did my own. The rest of the family doesnt talk to me because they think I'm a pos for not supporting her now that I make decent income and have supported myself the last 10 years withou supporting her (although even with this shitty of a relationship I have occasionally helped her). They don't however realize that since then she's been in abusive relationships. And she doesn't tell them, they just talk shit and she goes with it.

Pretty much cucked by my own family, or well you could say I went my own way from them for a long time before even knowing the concept.

With that being said currently I have been I a position where I took showers at my mom's a few times this last month. But yeah as degrading as that was I definitely learned my lesson.

I'm glad my post can make someone actually register to this site, thats dope man. Tbh I could go deep into the intricacies of how it all affected me, how different me and her were in the fact that she never even really needed me because at the end her family, friends, the 2 month serial relationships can all bail her out.

But me as a man have nothing. It sounds depressing...but its not. Freedom bro, I'm literally grinding 7 days a week and have no intention of stopping. I can do w/e the fuck I want

Oh yeah, turns out that my ex hated that I worked too much. The world's biggest crime! I've had gf's complain that I'd rather be working than hanging out with them. True, but now I don't have to work as much.

Yeah, I managed to move in with a friend that got assaulted by his then gf. He had just had knee surgery, gf suspected he was cheating and jumped on/beat his recently operated knee. He got eventually got probation for (unproven) domestic violence. It was not a fun living situation since probation officer can come by at anytime for "inspections." It really solidified how evil women can be (even more when combined with the state).

Now, I've had the place for a while by myself. Now I just work in my hobbies (Jeeps and the outdoors) and hang out with the dog. Enjoy life, and don't forget to have a game plan for success! BTW; invest and save. Cheers!

I wish - She was a special case of crazy that def needed an intervention.

She would leave anon-messages over the weekend with his probation officer that he was at the bar drinking (he doesn't drink and has his son on the weekends) or somewhere / doing something he wasn't supposed to do. Her magnum opus was having a mutual friend check his social media and showed up where he was - so it would seem like he was violating the "order of protection." She showed up at the Ren-Faire and bumped him in a crowd. He had his son at the time and being a minor, couldn't be a (legal) witness. He had to go to court again and had probation extended along with mandatory DV class that he had to pay for.

Hell on earth came from this person. It was sad to watch a brother get mowed down by the legal system this way.

Damn that situation with your friend is fucked. I also got the support of some good friends, all of which have there fair share of stories and operate drastically different from norms. None of the blue pill bs. It was like talking to all of them prior to it happening I had all the support in the world from them aboit my choice. Good friends and lucky to have them. I got to get into investing and have been working on saving again now that I'm my own again. But I definitely look forward to getting to the point your at. And putting all the rage and shit behind man. From time to time I get pissed but remind myself that she was just a hole and her nature is hardwired to fill that hole with something better no matter what. Learning that all the things I thought were real were actually just fabrications and spell casting is eye opening. It's not something ill ever forget or allow into my life again.
