Dont open up about your weaknesses, to anybody. Seriously, don't say anything. Keep your mouth shut unless you have something to gain from speaking.

Common examples:

Someone was rude or disrespectful to you.

Don't acknowledge it unless it's to correct their behavior. And after it's over, it's over. Not worthy of a second thought. Don't turn around and bitch to your friends or girls about how you were disrespected. They don't want to hear that shit and all it does is takes you one step closer to cuckdom.

Wanting to share your feelings.

Don't do it. Especially with women. Again, they don't want to hear it and all you're doing is giving them something they can use against you. Your feelings are your vulnerabilities. There's nothing to gain from exposing yourself like that. If you want to share your feelings go to the gym and talk it out with the barbell or something. Don't be a bitch.

Some of you may try to rationalize why it's advantageous to expose the chinks in your armor. You might think that a girl is going to respect you more for opening up, or you might think you have some reputation to protect by getting into an argument with a disrespectful beta. It's a trap.

Also, sometimes a chink in your amor appears outwardly like a strength. Maybe you just got a new job opportunity or a motorcycle. Keep it to yourself, because next thing you know someone might try to send an embarrassing picture of you to your new employer or cut the brakes on that bike.

Either be like a rock where everything deflects off of you, or like a shadow in the night that can't be touched. It needs to be like that every waking moment of yor life. There can be nothing in your substance that looks like a bitch. If you have a bitch moment in front of a woman then ghost her. But more importantly find out why you had the bitch moment and correct it so that it never happens again.

Friends and family are more forgiving than women, but that doesn't mean it's anymore okay to be a bitch in front of them.
