Pussy pass denied. Must have been one of the few remaining reasonable judges. In my (European) country such sentence would not be possible. Here, an average man who commits tax frauds often gets higher sentences than murderers, rapists, etc, who often get away with appr. 5 years in jail (to be released after 2.5 years).
