I find if I hold my nut I initially am more likely to pursue. However after time with solid meditation and mindfulness I am able to turn that energy into more productive pursuits. Going further I begin to look down upon sex and losing my seed due to how good I am feeling and how much I am achieving on a constant basis. At that stage I simply lose interest (mid 20's guy here too).

If more men instead of being dominated by their sexual urges learned to transmute them then I think the world would be a much different place. However I enjoy it now as I am able to excel in my field with ease (no bragging, completely honest).
