Second rule, you create a trust, give the ticket to the trust, and have the trust claim the actual award. This is the only way to accomplish part 2 of the first rule, which is avoiding having your name announced by the lottery when you win.

This is not shocking. Why is everyone so shocked???

He won $80 million and because of divorce he has to give her $15 million, and the problem is where, exactly?

He's going to end up with about $20 million after all is said and done, and the crime is, where, exactly? She will likely be broke in 2 years or less.

He will have the means to move to another country and hide his millions, as so many on here proclaim as a good idea.

I've seen this story posted now nearly a dozen times. I don't understand the furor. So..... he's free! And a Millionaire to boot. So what if she gets some too. That's the consequence of the broken system we're in.
