What a fucking moron.
I guess she didn't get any attention that day.
So she consented to sex (which we all know means nothing), then failed to withdraw consent later when she decided not to continue, and just starfishes and hated her regret sex.
Lady, and I hesitate to call the medically retarded that, you didn't say no. Lacking a safeword, a dropped nerf ball, saying the word 'No', or anything else, a guy doesn't know you're suddenly wanting to stop. He is not psychic.
God damn these women are retarded.
It doesn't matter than you regretted it, you never transmitted that information to anyone, so your "victimization" of assault is total bullshit, and all you have left is regret sex.
Your 'fear' is bulllshit, because he did not do anything wrong, you decided to 'suffer' through your ordeal because while your mouth may be useful for something, apparently making auditory noises of displeasure doesn't work at a time it might have mattered.
it's almost like you just make shit up for attention, which is what you're doing.
You were not assaulted, you were stupid. On a jury I would vote against you every time, because you're too stupid to say no. Fuck your bullshit and twitter 'reporting'.

This. So stupid.
[–]ijnenak45 points46 points47 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Thats the clearest case of consent ive ever seen

Its like someone selling their car then regretting it and reporting it stolen.

great analagy

Yeah. The salesman at the dealership should have read my body language when I agreed to trade in my current vehicle. He was intimidating and and I was afraid to say no.
[–][deleted] 28 points29 points30 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And this is why women should be regarded as a hand grenade with the pin already out.
[–][deleted] 17 points18 points19 points 7 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link
The original post reads like a fine trolling. It's the replies that bother me the most. That's what we are dealing with. The implication is as always "Feelings trump facts" and if a woman says it was a rape or whatever, then every man is supposed to "Listen and Believe" or you are a misogynist pig. Like those of us who dared to ask for evidence in the judge Kavanaugh's "case", you know?
[–]BertTheWelder2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
So who do we believe if a lesbian accuses another lesbian of rape?
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
The one who was not wearing the strap-on, I guess....
[–]RoboMandrake2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The one that has evidence.

All sex is rape now and I'm not even joking. It used to be "The woman went to the guy's place in the middle of the night or vice versa and that was enough to establish the intent AND consent". Now, she changes her mind in the middle of the thrust and it's a rape. Actually, even that is unnecessary when she can "change" her mind the next morning, put some scratches & bruises on herself (sometimes not even that) and cry "rape". That's why I will not deal with women anymore: interferes with my self-preservation instinct and takes all fun or whatever was left, right out of it...
[–]zubbs9912 points13 points14 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So she changes her mind after the fact. A few virtue signalers give her the obligatory blind support. And just like that, history gets conveniently revised - he's now a "perpetrator" and she's a "survivor".
[–]eduardkoopman8 points9 points10 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
She already found a new name, for mr. hook-up guy. Namely: my perpetrator.
These kind of stories are just sick.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I get my blood boiling when these low tier hoes use 'rapist' and 'perpetrators' to men who treat them like sloppy seconds.
Bitch got used but her fight isn't against men for using her like a sock to cum in. It's her handlers (the narrative of whoredom as empowerment) that fuck these morons for life.

I don’t understand how women think that “retracting consent after the deed has been done” is a valid form of excuse.
That is not how consent works. If you said YES or implied a YES, then congratulations, you consented. If in the middle of it you want out but you for some fucking reason said nothing, then congratulations, you STILL consented.
And you saying you “retract your consent” after the deed has been done will not suddenly turn the guy into a rapist or you into a victim.
Men aren’t mind readers, holy fuck. Take some fucking responsibility for your actions.
[–]Trail_of_Jeers2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I tried to retract consent for some food I bought after I ate it. McDonald's raped me.
[–]toolazytoregisterlol[S] 2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If this is the way its gonna be, then we must concede that women have the mental capacity similar to a special needs individual and should be treated as such.
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Fucking retards...
"I gave my consent but I was petrified during the actual intercourse to say no" How can you pin the blame on the Guy then? We ain't fucking mind readers.
Go and die in a ditch.
Anyone too scared to say no to the person they chose to be in a relationship is either 1. a fucking moron for choosing partners that would scare and intimidate them. or 2. has a mental illness like down syndrome or something.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
You can't really spell believe without lie.
[–]aidsgoblin2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link
Where exactly did this rumor that women get "shunned" for being raped come from? Even back when I was a kid, rape was taken pretty seriously. Or am I just crazy and confused because I grew up during a time when rape was pretty clearly defined and women were only shunned when they slept around and cried rape?
[–]oirectine001 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Because some high-profile false accusations against celebrities were all over the news, and said accusations were questioned due to lack of evidence, and muh apex fallacy means "all men are pigs" or whatever
[–]Atriplex1244 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It so upsetting the support she gets also. How fucking stupid are these people it's all a sham. Communists the whole lot of em!

Coming from a guy, JUST BECAUSE A GIRL SAID YES DOESN’T NECESSARILY MEAN SHE CONSENTED TO SEX FOR FUCKS SAKE. How is that hard for people to get through their dense heads? I mean it’s not like there’s non-verbal or body language component as well that would hint to even the most socially awkward person that the girl may not have consented. Redditors were a mistake.
This is why sex is such a huge risk, and why I was never comfortable "advancing" on women. I wasn't afraid of rejection. I was (and am) afraid that I can never be certain even an enthusiastic "yes" actually means yes.
As an anxiety/depression suffferer I have been in many situations where I agreed to things I was not comfortable with out of fear of rejection/hostility/etc (yes, including intimacy with both women and men). I treat them as lessons learned to stand up for myself though. I don't drudge them up years later looking for financial compensation.

I verbally consented but... I regret it. I was raped?¿?¿
[–]toolazytoregisterlol[S] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
In 2018? Yes.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I get that no means no, but now yes means no, too?
I'm highly confused...
[–]toolazytoregisterlol[S] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
You have to read their body language, man, and pick up on their clues. /s
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I understand that, but how do you combat against post-coital remorse?
I guess you stop having sex completely except for sex dolls and prostitutes.
Don't donate to sperm banks.
Women want to have kids way more than men do. When they're unable to get pregnant, they will figure out what the problem is real quick and the situation will become resolved.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Must be terrible always treating yourself like a victim. If they put themselves in that spot, let them get themselves out.
[–]Stahlboden0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The system shall crush you between it's gears for the things a woman was imagining by herself.
Its like imprisoning women for con artistry for accepting gifts and favors from betas. They didnt know and were so scared!
I swear, Some women should serve just 1% of a sentence a (male) rapist does and experience the full package. A 1% of 25 years is approx. 3 months. Give them 3 months of incarceration, guard brutality, strict regime, shitty food, shitty everything and (surprise-surprise!) rape. But no vaginal rape, as it would be cheating.
Maybe after that they would know better than condemn someone to something like this, but for hundred times longer period of time because they took the definition of rape veeeeery loosely. Though I doubt that.
Right, and all the "beleivers" too, as I beleive it would be very educational to them to learn why presumption of innocence was instituted.
[–]magx010 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It all starts in childhood when we reaffirm the idea in kids that other people "make you" feel a certain way rather than promoting a more stoic type mindset.
