Sex, however is.
The main problem is retards using the terms interchangeably when they aren't the same thing.
You can say or choose whatever gender you want to be- but it is never going to change your sex, even with surgery and drugs.
Sex is defined by chromosomes, not body parts.

However there are more than the two chromosomal sexes everyone is familiar with (XX and XY). There are also XXX, XXY, etc - nature is pretty much throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks. It makes a lot of mistakes. Rarely one of those mistakes turns out to be beneficial and it gets passed on to the next generation.
Evolution gets seen as a process of continuous improvement but it's not - it's more like a million different changes happening in a million different directions and ONE of them turning out to be advantageous.

No there is only XX and XY, the rest are birth defects not different than when we say a human has 4 fingers and a thumb on each hand, then when I person is born with 5 or 3 fingers we call it a birth defect. We do not change it to say "humans have between 3 and 5 fingers"

It was a mutation BEFORE WE WERE HUMANS, sure if you want to to go far enough back everything is a mutation, and when such mutation occur new species are created, one way many look at Speciation is the ability of the mutated organism to breed with the unmutated organism, Speciation occurs when mutation occurs to the point where interbreeding is no longer possible. Of course that is not a hard rule as we do have some different Species that can interbreed... Horses and donkeys are probably the most famous example of this

mutation did not stop, but humans will mutate (or rather evolve) into something else.... that is not Homo sapiens, until that speciation occurs there will also be mutations with in humans, some of them will lead to slight evolution in Homo sapiens, examples of this is the different races, white, black, brown, etc skin colors, different hair colors etc.
However not all mutation are evolutionarily successful, these I would consider defects, a mutation that leads to sterility is by definition unable to be evolutionarily successful as there is no way for the mutation to continue on past the single individual that was born with it.
