Repeating learned behaviors is not indicative of a high IQ. Many animals can be taught to perform various tricks, by simply enticing them with a treat. This does not mean your cat is incredibly smart.
They have just correlated walking in a circle with getting a biscuit. You do it enough times and it becomes pavlovian.
Manipulation, cheating, lying, all are learned behaviors. When a woman has correlated one of those behaviors to eliciting a certain response from a man, she has in essence performed the same level of gymnastics that your cat did.
All humans are capable of this.

Just like men are. There are different behaviors for each of them.
Our society has eroded to the point that we aren't following many of the social standards and institutions that we had for hundreds and even thousands of years that kept us polite and above our animal instincts. This behavior becomes much more visible and seemingly intentional, because it isn't being constrained. What you're seeing is a very light version of how we would be acting devoid any civilization, out in the wilderness sniffing each others asses.
