Yea it's pretty great when you pass that milestone. I kept investing my money into real estate as I live very basic so I also didn't pour enormous money into the property I live in since property taxes here are based on perceived values. The rest make money through leasing and rentals.

Only splurge on good quality food, the odd trips & electronics. I want to be able to walk away with fuck you money basically even though I like my job but things can and do change.
