After 3+ months of unemployment, I start a new job Tuesday

I accepted a job offer a while back. It's a Full time contract-to-Hire office position. I'm finally back to work after almost 4 months of many interviews and barely getting by on unemployment.

Do you all have any advice for me that would significantly improve my chances of getting hired on permanently? Along with general workplace advice as a MGTOW?
