Rightly or wrongly, many people judge women for having many partners. She told what is ultimately a little (and common) lie, if she said she was a good girl, to preserve people's opinion of her.

If you feel bad, that is on you. She owes you nothing. I am by no means an expert on TRP and I am sure others will correct me if I am wrong, but how you feel can ultimately only be controller by you.
