I recently checked a female's tweet about men being crybabies and how they should "man up" and mentor women, while other male twitter accounts were agreeing with her.

Its a shame to see that people actually don't use the thing they have : their brains.

I don't care about gender when I get someone. Generally though I'm pretty straight to the point and no nonsense kind of guy. When I have gotten reports from HR, I show HR the meeting notes and state that I have written records of every meeting/email/text/phone call that I have.

HR then fires the other person, because of the obvious false accusation that happened.

Sometimes it's just jealousy of how well I do my job or it's because they want to try and override me on something. As long as you're a pure professional, you shouldn't have to worry about any of this stuff. Document everything and make sure that emails/texts/phone calls are all kept.

Well if all men are trash, rapists, misogynists, and any other expletive term used by feminists; then not being alone with women is doing them a favour. And besides I'm sure strong, independent women can mentor without the men.
