I don't know if you are following the rape case against Brazilian player Neymar Jr, but here's a rundown on the case.

One woman went to the Women's Police Station in São Paulo to open an incident report, in which she said that the player would have assaulted and raped her.

She said in testimony that she would have gone to Paris in France to see the player. She reported that she met him on May 15, that he was drunk but that they exchanged caresses and that at some point he would have become aggressive and forced intercourse. Here's what we know so far:

1- He made a video saying that it was all a lie, showed some screenshots of their conversation were she is sending nudes and making a LOT of coments about how she wanted to have sex with him and how she cannot wait to see him.

2- She made a video in the day after the incident without his consent, were she hit him in the face and tell him ''aren't you going to hit me?'' and then he says ''no, i don't like it''. He asks her to get of him and she starts to hit him saying ''You assaulted me yesterday, you left me alone in here''. The video isn't complete, she said that she have a full 7 minutes video to show.

3- She said to her lawyer that she should have killed Neymar Jr. while he was sleeping and that she was willing to ask a criminal gang to kill him (PCC - a known organized crime gang here in Brazil.)

4- She already lost 3 lawyers.

5- She said that someone had broken into her house and stolen the Tablet where the full video would be, the owner of the apartment said that this is a lie and the guard of the building said that she was threatening him, he asked for police protection.

While all of this is happening:

The girl already gave interviews to various tv channels, saying that she is victim of rape.

Neymar is beeing called a rapist, a woman hater, he already lost R$ 277 million in market vallue, Mastercard pulled off from a marketing contract with him.

Neymar's lawyer is a woman, she has been expelled from the feminist organization that defends the rights of women, just for representing him.

EDIT: She said that her lawyer has taken the Tablet were the video is, thats why he left the case. She also said that the police is corrupt, that Neymar has payed them and that everyone is against her.
