Well well, there's a kind of skin, mucous membrane like in the mouth, which dries out and hardens constantly exposed to the air.

Then there's the loss of sensitiveness due to constant rubbing against clothing. This process takes years.

In fact the penis is more sensitive after a circumcision, at first you had a bandage around it for days and then there's the constant excitement of rubbing against clothes.

But after years the sensitivity decreases measurably. Maybe you will ask these people again after 10 years.

I am very critical of studies that want to recognize the health benefits of circumcision. Men with circumcision, for example, are often closer to religions that exclude sex outside marriage. Thus such groups have of course also less AIDS.

What I don't understand is why so many people invest so much energy to justify circumcising babies. Children who are not able to decide or refuse.
