My advise to those who have had a similar experience, please, don't feel threatened

my advice is to stay away from women who drink excessively, i have no idea why a women being drunk negates any responsibility for themselves. now i'm not saying drunk women should be raped, but there should be some accountability for being so drunk in the first place. I've lost my phone on a night out a few times my first thought is "damn i shouldn't have drunk so much" not "i should file a police report"

I worked as a bouncer and was dating someone. Her friend decided she didn't like me and told her she saw me putting roofies in girls drinks at the bar. Of course, she took the hambone's word over mine, and promptly left me. I told her to take it to the police. Apparently she did, they took her statement, but no questioning ever came of it. Luckily, we had lots of cameras in the joint that said otherwise.

Dealing with highly intoxicated females, in any venue, can be a gamble these days.

Why wouldn't you take a uber/cab any other way of transportation that didn't involve her being out in legit public black out drunk for a long period of time. I know hindsight is 20/20 but I can see both sides, up until the cops got there. After that the story is fucked. I have seen many of guys pull the whole "we are just making sure she is getting home safe" routine while secretly planning on running a train. Also, next time call another girl to pick up the girl if you are not in a sexual relationship with her.

that's not where they fucked up. they fucked up by justifying themselves to some drunk asshat at a pizza place at 3am

explaining yourself once is reasonable. but the correct response to aggression like that is some combination of telling them to fuck off, and pretending they don't exist. trying to explain yourself makes you look guilty and spineless (a confident, non-guilty person would tell them to fuck off, and then continue buying pizza/going home).

same with the cops. you don't explain that you're not guilty. you explain that some fucking asshole is harassing you while you're trying to buy pizza. also, you don't stick around to wait for the cops. if there was a crime scene/accident, you should stick around, but you don't stick around when some random asshole calls the cops on you. again, that looks suspicious as fuck. why aren't you taking your drunk friend, who you supposedly care about, home?
