Moved out at 18. Had numerous girlfriends, friends, traveled around, went to concerts. My moms mental health began to decline as I turned 33 so I had to move back in to help her with bills. I’m now 35. The only thing missing is a wife and kid but...I can do without that.

Same. I'm 35 and just don't give a shit. I have a decent amount of savings and make OK money. If I quit my job tomorrow I could go a couple years without any change in my spending habits and be OK. Bosses, women, landlords -- none of them have power over me. I'm planning on saving up a bit more then investing heavily. The plan is to eventually beat the final boss and break (or at least loosen) the hold the government has and go ghost.
