If I were the BMW driver, this is a positive outcome. It's essentially a hit and run accident, which in no way is your fault.

Most car accidents cause insurance companies to constantly blame the other, and even when it's clearly this womans fault, 20% fault is on the BMW driver.

Her 'pretty privilege' does not suit her for the real world.

At the end of the day, he HAS to pay the deductible.

Knew a girl who hit a guy for not paying attention. It wasn't a serious accident but there was some damage to his car, she had no insurance and a suspended license from 2 DUI's, offered to blow him. He took her up on her offer and she continued to drive without insurance and a suspended license, girl isn't even good looking.
