I have the most difficulties with being human

I think you are greatly overestimating what it is to be human. We are all greedy little shits looking out for ourselves. There are two things that modify this state:

1) Do you have the backbone to do right by yourself? These are the guys that women call assholes, all while presenting their slime pockets to them for rigorous usage. Women like these men because they are strong and clearly know how to get shit for themselves. A man that can take care of himself is a man that can take care of them too, but without all the pathetic sniveling and shaky long-term stability of a BB.

2) are you able to work with others to create a greater tomorrow? Yes, you should take care of yourself, but you should also be able to work with others. Cooperation is a good thing. Being the leader of a cooperative is even better. Blind greed may serve you in the moment, but it won't give you the resources and access to females that being that leader will do.

I am never nice. I'm confident, generous and kind. Learn the difference.

Annoyingly, as with most things in life. This shit ain't black and white and the best approach is to develop an understanding of things so you can strike the sweet middle ground more times than not.

I try not to adapt my personality too much now. Instead I just behave with a few learned fundamentals that will stop me from getting fucked over and also learning to understand women that bit more.

It really is the truth that you have to trigger the right 'emotions' in women to get laid and the window for getting sex is pretty transient. A woman can be attracted to you, find you charming, funny but if you don't take action or the logistics aren't there it won't happen. And once those chances pass where both of you were expecting to hook up they never seem to come around again. Being an asshole works because it means you move fast and capitalise on women who had initial interest in you. However it's sort of high risks and you can piss a lot of people off with that approach. The best guys seem to be nice until they sense a girl is keen - then they flick that switch and turn on their 'ruthless' behaviour. I feel i'm adept enough to pick up signs, but flicking that switch has always been where I have struggled.

It's best to be nice and let yourself develop 'friendships' but to always maintain boundaries and decide early when you're going to jump ship. I'm at a point now where I know exactly when a moments slipped and I've lost my chance with a girl. It's happened to me twice this past week with two different girls (currently hostelling yolo). Had I been an ass with these women I likely wouldn't have gotten anywhere either due to logistics etc. Shit is frustrating.

All PUAs and every other websites and also the Redpill will make you believe everyone are getting laid all the time.

But the truth is, everyone has a life. Rejection and success depends on many many factors thats why its a numbers game.

True there maybe loose women in some demographics, but generally, getting laid first is a conscious choice. True once you are laid with a girl once, you can get laid again via tingles, but many have developed self control too.

In the era of social media, it is harder to make the conscious choice to lay with a guy as there are better guys available in your contacts and you do not know which of them is the best.

The stories you hear are stories of very very promiscuous girls and guys who are hitting it way below their league or perfect demographics.

A 95 percentile man hits below his league to score a 60 or 70 girl. You as a 70 man refuse to lay with anything below 60 coz you have standards. Go figure.

You're overthinking it. You can get laid without barely saying any words. You don't need to be a nice, or feel a connection, or whatever bullshit media has shoved down your throat over the years.

Have you read the sidebar? Do you fucking lift?

This is assuming you're talking about sexual strategy. If you're talking about not being to socialize with people in general, messing up job interviews or not being able to fit in some social circles because of it, then you might be well served by Dale Carnegie's "How to Make Friends and Influence People".
