Well. That's's... Interesting and unexpected. It's one of the few ways to push back on MGTOW - make the risks of relationships vanish. Next would be to abolish alimoney - and put some restrictions on child support to prevent the caregiving partner from appropriating that money.

The present law allows only one marriage license at a time and other states enforce a marriage license. This does not allow you to sign more than one contract. With this change, you could sign a contract with as many people as you want.
