I don't get this. 5G is a term for high speed wireless communication standards. If bots get "smarter" by using 5G, this implies that those bots are communicating at high speed with some kind of outside server, which hosts the behavioral AI. Now, call me crazy, but I prefer not having a bot communicate the sum interactions I have with it back to it's parent company, then ask for a response on how to react to that. 'Cause you know any uncertainty is going to have to be analyzed by humans to improve the behavioral algorithms.

Bots that get smarter with 5G, are a privacy red flag.
