This image looks like it was made by someone who was too lazy to add the gradient and find the right font.
On top of that, the text bubbles look like they were made by creating rectangles with rounded corners, then pasting the pointed tip over them. Note how the pointed tips seem to be low quality compared to the rest of the bubble, and don't line up exactly.
For comparison, this is what a real text message screenshot should look like: https://cdn.cultofmac.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/details.jpg.
Note the shape of the text bubble for a message with just one line. Also note how the corners are curved. Apple does "rounded rectangles" very differently than Photoshop does, and this throws off many counterfeiters.
It's pretty easy to spot fake iOS messages once you're familiar with them.
