I went to fetch my grandpa's pills at the hospital. I ended talking with the guy behind me. He literally lives in another province. He is poor and the is no other hospital in the country he could go to. He walks for 2 hours, catches a taxi, then gets on the bus to come to the hospital. The date passed to get his pills, so he went without for a week.

You can tell a bitch by the walk, like they have corn up their asses. He stands up behind me and puts the file on the table. She is still serving me at this point. She looks at this dude and asks who is going to open your file. The dude apologizes and then asks for two months pills. The bitch went off. The dude points out he asked the doctor. She says the doctor doesn't know whether the are enough pills. I explain that he came from afar. The other girl is looking at her with disgust, the one writting my script is looking down and you can tell the tension.

The dude tries to explain and she just won't let him. Then the dude just goes I'll see what you do. The bitch had already given me and everyone else's two months worth of pills. What was the argument about, just putting a foot in this guy's ass. I truly hate poverty, not because of the poor aspects of it but the lack of respect. It's as if women like to constantly remind you that you nothing.
