I usually just tell them that men can talk about whatever the fuck they want and women will just have to endure it or physically try and stop us. There's no point playing social politics with women, just put your foot down and tell them to fuck off.

I actually avoided 4 girls 15 years ago. last one aspie too, even the mother got worried when she learned i wouldn't touch her daughter and take chances of pregnancy (Argentina doesn't help). I had to even ask questions from her mother asking me why i did not go ahead if us males are supposed to be willing to do it beyond control? Well, it looks like us males just like to repress it or just forget it altogether and stay safe..

Whatever women and society be going tru, it's not peacetime and i don't want further war.

Just remember, a woman will say anything if it makes her win the argument. It's not about logic, it's not about truth, it's not even about finding a good compromise, it's just about winning, plain and simple. That's why men can't seem to win an argument against women, they are not really arguing, they are trying to manipulate. Logically sound arguments are only used, if it serves their purpose. Otherwise they simply revert to full emotional mode, make you look like a mean asshole and wait for their white knights and beta orbiters to crush you.

So, whatever your response will be, you can be sure you will feel like the loser in the end. Just don't play their game and walk away, that's the only thing women can't do anything about. Rember, in the end, they need us more than we need them (money is more important than sex), they just made us believe it is the other way around.
