In a post by u/NotBecoming, a section caught my eye and it is so crucial that it needed a post of its own. Now perhaps someone has written one but to my knowledge, I haven't seen one in detail. A man, whether through hurt, sadness or natural way, will learn to become better through past mistakes. If you don't, it's safe to say you're either a liar, everything has gone perfect for you and it'll come crashing down eventually, or you just don't learn. In regards to what u/NotBecoming states in his article about Asserting Dominance in an LTR, it couldn't be further from the truth. Depending on how desirable a female's assets are, her beauty will dictate how much of an abundance mentality she'll have. A HB4 will cling onto any man, whether it's a beta or even an omega because it's likely she won't get a man who's a 7+ out of 10. However, a HB8 will have the pick of her own choosing and she'll have nothing to lose. Why? She can move on easily to whoever else.

Luckily, I'm spending my one year anniversary with my long term girlfriend today (longest previous relationship was about 3 weeks, she never liked affection).
