The hardest part on dieting,isnt where to find food,or what kind of food to eat.Everyone nowadays knows what is healthy or not,and even if they dont,they can learn in 1 to 2 hours just by reading.
The hardest part is dealing with emotional eating,and changing your routine.If you are fat now,you need to change your relationship with food.Else,even if you lose weight,you will gain it back again.Food is fuel,not your source of satisfaction.

I'm not a big fan of grammar and spelling nazis, though formatting and shitty writing is inexcusable. However, the whole your/you're thing is like someone throwing an anchor out of a drag racer 30 feet off the line.
