So recently I had a falling out with my dad, and this happened...I came home from work one day, having not even talked to him for over 24 hours. He had been depressed and trashed his relationship with friends, his good playing job, and last but not least, relationship with me. Over a year ago he'd moved in with me, because he lost his license and I live a quarter mile from his job, and things we're fine until recently. He decided to start putting out cigarettes on my garage work bench, leave beer cans all over the place, leave my garage door open all day and night (got several inches of snow all over the front of my car because when it snowed last month he left the garage door open all day) and other dumb shit I ask/tell him not to do, meaning to piss me off. So things escalated to the point I told him to GTFO when he wouldn't listen to me and ruined a part of the wooden floor in my house, and dump a half a bowl of meat spaghetti sauce down the sink drain/cook a pound of bacon on a baking sheet with no tin foil and dumping the grease down the drain, causing a complete clog that required replacement of the plumbing under the sink, and the next day he decided to trash my Mustang Cobra which is pictured. $4200 worth of damage and almost three weeks later the body shop still isn't done fixing it back up. Also $3000 worth of various vandalization to my house/garage. The day before this happened I told my sister and aunt about the bullshit and said he's an inch from being homeless, and my aunt decided to come and get him, which is when/why he went Street Fighter on my car/house. My sister for whatever reason went into full victim-blame mode, telling me I need to "please get help." I mean, really? I try to help our father out, whom she "doesn't have time" for, and then she hampstered out some asinine reasons why this is my fault, because I'm "paranoid" for example.
So I just said wtf ever, didn't really think anything of it til today, when for the first time since that incident I see her at my mom's. She went into cuntrag mode, and kept interrupting me, and browbeating/bullying me, etc. and I have no idea why. It's kinda funny because years ago when she left a laptop in her car and left the car at a park and ride all day and it got broken into and the laptop stolen, I didn't tell her how stupid she is and it's her fault etc. instead I remember wanting to beat the thief's ass if they got caught. I remember her crying like a baby because one window was broken and a $500 computer stolen. Now something ten times as bad happens to me, I literally have PTSD and almost threw up/passed out when I had to explain to the insurance adjuster what happened, and she tells me I need to get help. This has to be 🤡 world. My relationship with my sister has always been good, until now, and I'm just shocked how someone can act like such a POS. I mean not sympathizing is one thing, but trying to psychologically abuse someone like this is unbelievable. I just don't get it. I do realize now that AWALT and women are NOT more emotionally intelligent than men.

Fuck abusive parents. Both of mine were, my mother still tries to be. Let them rot in their own problems, fuck it.
As for your sister, she's just afraid your dad will become her problem. Hence the implication that you are the problem, not him. Fuck her, too.

That is so true, you are being scapegoated and that is extremely dangerous place to be in any dynamic. Give them nothing not even a facebook message. There is just too much second hand smoke in a situation like this where the smoker is tolerant to the smoke and the healthy person gets the cancer!

You need a house, a dog and a peace of mind. Drop your family asap. Focus on yourself, try to repair the damage your family has inflicted on you. Your dad for vandalising your stuff and trying to dominate you in your house and your mother/sister for gaslighting you. I say this again LEAVE THEM. We live alone and we die alone. Yeah for the first few minutes I was standing in the garage, trembling with anger, with a small sledge in hand waiting for him to come outside, but I came to my senses and just called the cops. And WRT care/justice based ethics, I can understand the "gonna ignore injustice and hope it disappears, becos otherwise it might jeopardize relationships that were ended the minute the injustice occurred anyway" approach, but this is something else entirely. Today I texted her because our mom asked her to text me to make sure we didn't bring the same food to cook out yesterday, and she did not text me and we brought almost the same thing, and she lied and said our mom didn't ask her to text me. Then she lied and said she "doesn't remember" the shit she said to me, while also saying she was just "joking." Then she said I "no longer have a sister." I mean...really? Trying to get the truth out of somebody = thirty years down the drain? At least I now know her character is complete shit, and frankly at this point I'm ashamed to be from the same family.

Funny you say this because one idea I have for the insurance money is to buy a supercharger for the car and then gradually fix all the shit with the house myself. Should show up to wherever the family will be on Memorial day with the car looking perfect and sounding badass and then change my phone number the next day and ghost my own way. The more I think about it the more I realize the family is full of toxic femininity and I basically have nothing to lose since my dad is already dead to me.

Well I called the cops, his stupid ass admitted to the house damage but not the vehicle damage, probably trying to avoid a felony charge. But that exceeded the felony property destruction $ by well over $1000 so even though he's been charged with misdemeanor vandalization all I would need to do is admit the spray paint he used on both the car and the house for fingerprints and he'd be fucked. I was planning on not even playing hardball, but if I'm going to be treated like the fucking criminal by family anyway he can have fun in prison.
