You need perspective so first, think of anything else.

Do NOT drink, smoke, get stoned, do drugs and eat shitty food. That will only punish you and set you back and make you unhealthy. Don't fucking punish yourself.

If you need to understand your decision that's okay... But detach from your emotions and the detailsand think clearly. Think about why you said no, think about the events that lead to breaking up, think about what you want your life to be like and how you can get there. Think about why you couldn't have the life you wanted while being with her. Think about all of that.

And if you can't detach which is likely because it's so fresh... Literally write it down and pretend this isn't your situation pretend it's your best friend or your brother. Write down everything bad that happened but without the details(they'll fuck you up so don't think about it in detail). And now that you got all that shit down... What advice would you give your friend or your brother? Is all that shit worth putting up with for the daily grind and the moments of happiness? I doubt it.

You probably don't know why you broke up right now but you did do it and you had a reason to.
