My ex tried to do this to me. When I broke up she called me a couple months later. She told me she got 'raped'. In her words she said no, but that dude kept on fucking. This guy was on the registered sexual offenders list because of an "attempted" forcible sexual abuse charge on his record. It wouldn't surprise me if the guy was falsely accused by an ex and the girl somehow knew her and was trying to get revenge.
