I thought I'd share the game I've come up with.

Note: I know there is 'gym guy' game. That's a different game.

Gym Example

I don't talk about going to the gym. I'm not seen in gym clothes. I don't have my picture taken in gym clothes. This is for several reasons:

Women (and everyone else) don't want to hear stories about you working out. They only want the product. They want to think god made you that way. Emphasizing your gym schedule and seeing pictures of you in gym cloths destroys the 'god made him that way' narrative they cobbled up in their head because they don't know how you got your higher value. If they find out your value drops accordingly. Working out isn't some dirty secret you need to hide. It's just important to understand the dynamic that any time boost about what you are putting effort in to you are destroying some of the Halo Effect / Alpha appeal. People that keep their mouth shut hold higher values. Boasting about anything you are putting effort in to compromises the value you get from those efforts

I used working out at the gym as one example. Here are some more examples to help understand the Halo Effect mindset:

Time your haircut to happen 3-4 days before social events.

Wear a very clean smelling shirt and a little cologne. Women love the smell of a cologne coming off a clean smelling shirt. They put you in a different bucket than guys who wear cologne with street clothes.

Figure out your 3 best facial hair arrangements. Time them to be at their best at social events. You'll end up wearing good facial hair most of the time after you get that far.

Don't feel obligated to go to social events because you will be conspicuously absent if you don't. People will be more glad to see you at the next event.
