Sounds like extortion* to me... that contract CANNOT be construed as "legally binding."

In fact, the very EXISTENCE of such a document (extreme/absurd as it is VS American "family" and "immigration" law) is ironically likely to act in his favor during any divorce.

* Especially relative to the "immigration benefit" -- if they literally noted that as part of the rationale for the "marriage document" -- well they are skating on "thin ice" legally; I'd be willing to be that technically they have committed a felony (vs federal "immigration" law)... in which case I rather highly doubt that the father would DARE to actually "sue" in some US court. (Than again -- Honk Honk! -- we now live in "Clown World" so who the fuck knows.**)

** Plus of course... "Sharia" doesn't necessarily give a shit about "US Law"... it's more like "Islamic Mafia" shit.
