Absolutely!

I would invest in Real Estate enough to never have to work again.

Set aside for having my own grow fields + Dispensary in Wyoming when it becomes legal there

And give the rest of it away to those who uplifted me along the way in life.

All-in-all; the money would be gone in 4 months.

Why =

If would be there and gone so fast to not make enough of a blip on my radar to change my life for the worse. I've seen the stories where people are worse off after a lottery win.

I have a plan in place to have a trusted ally claim the ticket. They then set up a trust with the winnings which I become the trustee of.

Of course they will get significant payment for this, but the idea is to have the money without public knowledge of it.

As far as what I'd do...

Settle any debt I have. Probably buy health insurance now that I could theoretically afford it.

Create a studio for whatever hobby I chose to take up my time with. Perhaps some international travel.

Hypothetically, exactly 1 mil would set me up for LIFE. More would just be cake.

buy a DOPE house and car in a flyover state, cash $150,000
Stash $100,000 in money bearing accounts to pay for water, sewer, trash, electricity, heat in flyover state for life.
Drop $100,000 in to retirement at 10%. In 21 years = 3 doubles. = 600,000 retirement = 80k a year till I drop dead.
Pay all outstanding bills and buy something nice - car, etc. $50,000
Put all the above in an irrevocable trust, not owned by me, but with me as the steward, so all the above can't be leined, sold, seized, or stolen.
Payoff current house $250,000 and RESELL IT. So I pretty much get the money right back.
Sprinkle some money on 3 -5 family members $200k
Take care of a good friend. He is a good man to his family and has been a good human being to me. He needs some dental work. harder with diabetes. He also needs to get laid. Costa Rica here we come! Cheap medical services and all! $20k for him to take a month (or 2) off of work, get the surgery, and recover from getting fucked to death!

If they ever manage to get to the U.S. and discover me, displayed wealth vs. house and "backstory" checks out.
Bury/hide $80k in a savings bank lock box/location no one ever heard of. Throw away all references to its location.
Throw my phone in the trash, Put 100k in MY POCKET and travel the world until it ran out. When it ran out, I would go home to my house in the flyover state and SHUT THE DOOR, GROW OLD, AND DIE. If I had 2 or more million, lets say 3-4

2 million: Trust-Fund it, and pay myself $50,000 a year for the next 20 years. $4166 a month is MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME since I don't have any other bills.

3 million: I'd buy a 1,000,000 Perpetuity Bond that paid me $100,000 Annually for the REST OF MY LIFE after 10 years payments. Switch Trust Fund above to pay $100k a year for a 10 year interval (the interim).

4 million+: I would just do random shit for fun. I would sneak around and pay off people's bills with the bill company for fun, raid a college campus and ask who's struggling with tuition this semester? **Give away cheap, working, paid off, used cars to people with no car.**Maybe I'd start a charity or a big gofundme so I could continue to go around doing this. I'd probably start acting or creating things for fun. I would go and try to get in any movie , but I would only take the bit parts or the parts where the guy always gets killed. I have an interesting face, and people always act like they know me when I have never been in that location in the world before. So I just want to capitalize on it and laugh a bit more at it when I deny that I am anybody they have ever seen anywhere. Then maybe create a small team and make high power youtube/corporate/indie videos movies for the fun till I ran out.

I really don't care past one.

Depending on the amount won...

Pay off my immediate family's debt (mom, dad, brother, and grandmother). I had a friend let me live in his house for about a year with extremely cheap rent so I would pay off his house for him.

Consult with investors and financial advisors to make the money work for me.

Buy or build a house on my own land.

Even if you buy a ticket, the chance is so slim, you basically don’t have a chance.
