Stay with it, especially at work. They will escalate by becoming excessively flirtatious and overtly sexual with you at which point most men simp out and assume her 'emotions' on display are 'real'. ehhh, she may keep you around for dinners and attention but once you've given her the validation she expects--like EVERY other dude does--you'll be lumped in with every other dude. but yeah, they cannot handle it. I've had them go so far as to corner me and tell me 'We're GOING to be friends'--simply because I wasn't validating them at all and it confused them to no end.

If you are paying them attention, you are paying for them. In my experience, giving women time is a really bad decision that almost never pays off because they are complete mindless and self centered, so everything that happens has to get back to them in some way.

I've always treated women and men equally, which has worked out for me because being like that pisses off the princess type bitches who want preferential treatment and attracts the tomboy types that I'm attracted to. I feel it also makes me more likeable to my guy friends, because I think a lot of guys are guilty of treating their buds like shit in comparison to how they treat women and that's just something I don't do.

Life lesson just right there. Just avoid them. At work with exceptions to the rules. At malls. At parks. At cinemas. At weddings. Nah uh you're invisible to me go grind elsewhere. On social media as well. Just avoid. Dont talk dont validate their emotions
