The question though is why shouldn't they ? If it keeps paying off for them why shouldn't they use you or some other poor sap as a way to be socially validated , receive sympathy donations , comfort, and marked as "brave" ?

They don't get disciplined for lying and let's be honest no one really cares if the accusation is truth ( except for the accused and all who love them) because it plays into the politically charged message being plastered everywhere.

There is no reason why an individual who doesn't have some kind of moral standing would avoid this opportunity , you literally can't lose accusing a man of rape in 2018 if you're a woman.

the worst is instagram girls that tag everything they do with #feminism #feminie #girlpower #metoo #pride, etc even if the post has no relation to those tags. Just tag for the sake of tagging to get a bunch of clueless fem followers, makes me sick.
