Nope! When I'm "bored" (for lack of a better word) I'm grateful because it gives me a chance to practice mindfulness, creativity, and philosophy. Boredom is a chance for my mind to relax and make connections that it otherwise wouldn't. Boredom is the space between thoughts, it's non-action, and it's a well of creativity. I suggest you read some of the early writings of the Buddha, Soren Kierkegaard (he was obsessed with boredom), and a book called "A philosophy of boredom" by Lars Svendsen.

Free yourself by being an island unto yourself, by reaching out on sites like that you are compounding on your problem. Sites like that are where 1. people of low value go, 2. where people who don't know how to constructively use boredom go, and 3. where people try to hide from their problems go. You don't need anything but your own company and a group that supports your views especially if they are healthy views like MGTOW. Keep your mind on a tight leash and question it as if you were on trial. You owe yourself that much love and understanding.
