There is no constitutional requirement that you be a law school graduate, or currently admitted to the bar, or have ever practiced law to be a Justice. Please, before you argue, look at the website supremecourt.gov under FAQs. Now, almost every justice ever confirmed has been a lawyer(so had completed legal training approrpriate to their time period and had not been disbarred), but it is not a constitutional requirement. I find it nearly impossible to conceive of a person without a legal education and a progressive career path(meaning local court, state court, federal court, federal appelate etc) even being nominated, but I lost a thousand dollars betting against Obama the first time, two grand the second time and we’ve elected a man with zero political experience president; so I’m all done making these big declaritive statements about what will and won’t ever happen.

I doubt Slick WIlly would even consider the nomination, as it would be as obvious that its a stunt to abuse the Clintons(right wrong or indifferent) as the current fiasco is to abuse Kavanaugh.
