Meh...mixture of good advice, like the line:

Never life your life in reaction to these diminished souls.

But then followed by rather dubious/simpish advice, like:

Be compassionate toward them,

I mean you CAN if you want... but I emphatically disagree with THIS part:

It is your job to comport yourself humbly...

Sez who? Because no, it fucking ISN'T my job. And especially THIS part:

Then, if you are steadfast, the very people who ridiculed you will come to admire you.

First of all BULL-FUCKING-SHIT... because no, they won't admire you. (Maybe in your imagination, but in reality... it doesn't work that way.)

Second WHY give a shit whether they "admire" you or not?

(Hint: CARING about and especially WORKING to achieve that "admiration" -- especially via some kind of co-dependent "job" regarding for how others "feeeeeel" & respond -- is in fact "living your life in reaction to...those diminished souls" -- moreover it's a pointless waste of time & effort.)

Man that is right on point as soon as I stated waking up to the real world I either lost or had to cut off friends and family.
