**MGTOW means "Maximum Gross Takeoff Weight"...** (You can look it up).

And the symbol... is an "icon" that serves as a reminder (to a pilot, or pilot trainee*) that for an aircraft to be able to take off and attain flight (the up arrow signifies flight), your total weight (including ** "baggage") cannot be beyond a certain amount (which is what the vertical line symbolizes... on a graph of weight with the zero point being at the left, and weight increasing to the right).
