Probably everyone of us here on this forum has encountered a lot of women who were very shallow and had no real personality, hobbies, passions, beliefs, or insights about the world. Women, especially younger, more attractive, and from wealthy backgrounds display the personality and character traits of a stunted 15 year old.

I think that the main reason is that women are not challenged in the same way men are challenged. It starts very early, when girls are protected from many dangers, they are often spoiled like princesses and they get told from a very early age that they are "special" and deserve to be treated with respect.

When a boy grows up, he will compete with other boys and he will learn pretty quick, that you have to put in an effort and outwit, and use abstract thinking if you want to win a competition and be respected by others, as well as to save his own skin. While we also have girls and women who engage in competition, they are not measured by the same standards. Take professional sports or any traditional male field for example. In almost every male field a woman who wins a competition, will be glorified on the front page of newspapers, even if her performance would equal to just that of the average man in that field.

A woman who knows nothing about technology or cars will easily get away with asking all kinds of stupid questions and if she later has a problem with that laptop or car she can always get a man to fix her problem. A man on the other hand does not have those options. No matter how ignorant, stupid and lazy she is, help is on the way. She is never allowed to grow her own intellect when so many others are always rushing to her aid. A man, nor an ugly woman, is never in a position to be corrupted by this.

Men learn from a very early age that they only have value if they are able to perform. If they work hard to improve themselves. Be it physically or intellectually. By default, a man has practically no value. He has to prove his worth as a man. A woman on the other hand will always be a woman, no matter what she does. Hence, we don´t hear: "You are not a real woman!"

Women are not expected to perform on the same level as men, they can always fall back on being a woman. On the other hand, if they manage to perform at the same level as a man, everyone makes a big deal out of it and they can be sure that they will be applauded for it much more than the average man. Especially if they are beautiful and sexy, they are virtually a godess among men. This is because it's statistically nil it attracts so much praise and attention. How many beautiful female geniuses, philosophers, scientists, are there?

Men will constantly work to acquire new skills, interests, and hobbies to raise their social status, while women learn from an early age that they are "special" and worthy of respect and praise, and helped regardless. The pressure to survive or the pressure to out-compete a rival....or the pressure to win a war and develop superior tactics and technology. Men endure this pressure from an early age. Women don't.
