The Asia Argento thing happened in a hotel in California and the age of consent in California is 18. Thus, it's statutory rape - not sexual assault. It doesn't matter what the age of consent is elsewhere. She's a rapist. She should be in jail and on the sex offender registry. Following her sentence she should be deported (she's an Italian national) and disallowed from ever entering this country (and most others) again - just like any other rapist.
