When I was out, I tried to keep an eye out for someone who could be relationship material. At first I had no luck, but then I had lunch with a friend who put it in perspective.

It made sense. I was staying out like a lunatic and complaining that I only met lunatics. I realized if I was going to try to find someone to settle down with, I had to change the way I was going about my search. Instead of bars and clubs, I’d do things that I’d want a theoretical girlfriend to be into. I went to more museums, more food events, more low-key/interesting bars at earlier times, and things got better.

My recent experience, along with FRs and all the threads in asktrp recalled me the quote above. Last month, I talked a lot with my friends and acquaintaces, what I've discover is somewhat scary. Instead gaming and accrue as much experience as possible in order to understand what type of girl we like, we just settle with the first partner and try to work things out. It's important to remind the fact, we should focus on our mission, girls are just an bonus to our, hopefully, wonderful life. Regardless your goals, whether you aim is to fuck all the ladies or you just wanna just something more stable, your job is maximize what girls add to your life while minimize drama and all the other shits.

About an year ago I decided to enroll myself in a latin dance class, I moved to another city where I haven't got many friends, so I thought it was a good idea. At the time I was BP, and I don't want to lie, ideally, I wanted to find a GF. In these months, I learned a ton about this fucked up world and I can assure you, you can't have a LTR in the latin world, for multiple reasons. The female pool is pretty much composed by young girls who have some kind of social issue or older women have who their lives were destroyed by a failed relationship. Clearly, you can see how slim my chances were to meet a interesting prospect, let alone find a GF. 5 months ago I started a pseudo-relationship with a 16 years older than me cougar, which obv was doomed from the get-go. Now that I dumped her, I can see the bigger picture and understand how I failed so miserably. Beside my main mistake, do something in order to have a LTR, another huge one was selecting the latin girl pool to meet interesting girls. You must surround yourself with (potentially) successful males and you gotta do the same with females. What are your odds to find an engaging young lady in a strip club or late-night bars? What about parties with a lot of drugs involved? Not very big right? Well, deep down you know that, but I'm sure you overlook it right now, or at least, you have commited this error in the past.

If you are down to fuck any hot girl regardless her mental issues or random drama, you don't have to think much, as long as you remain emotional independent. In this case, I truly envy you, since I'd like to be you but, for some reasons, probably because I'm still full-plugged in, I can't. Assuming you don't want to fuck every piece of meat that breaths, what are the best places then? Obv it really depends on your end goal and your requirements, if you like intellectuals you can't look for junkheads right? Also, the country and the city you live in, affect your options.

I got some ideas, obv you don't have to go to a certain location only to meet girls, this is pathetic. If you like an activity go for it, women are a byproduct

  • University: contain hot, young, driven girls, along with other mix of good proprieties. Yes, there are many whores but a lot of decent gals.
  • Pet-related place or event: any girl who has a pet, preferably a dog, could be a good one. Having a pet hint that she is somewhat resposible and nice. Events imho are a very good opportunity to meet relaxed people, probably not the most interesting though. - Classes: I'm struggling with this one, but I think classes in general, like cooking classes, could be a nice place to meet fascinating misses. Just remember, avoid dancing courses, you'll end up with pretty much society's leftovers. You, are the prize and you eat prime meals.
  • Fitness: I'm not talking about hit girls in the gym for obvious reasons, but any event which involved something physical could lead into something great. Even something simple like jogging could hide some gold.

Honestly, I thought I would have many other ideas, unfortunately, I lack of. Clearly, I don't have a definitive answer but I hope to spark some discussion. Imho, we can avoid many problems, and whine less, if we select venues intelligently. Yes, AWALT, but some girls are better than others, we only have to seek in the right place to tip the scales in our favour. If you are like me, you should avoid any night-related place, because the girl you are looking for, is sleeping.
