So recently i got a girl roomate whose paying part of my condo payments. This happened after i randomly saw her at school this month (we both go to the same school in two different engineering programs). she basically said her roomate canceled on her and shes gunna need somewhere to stay and i was looking for a roomate at that time so pretty good timing. Shes 20 and im 26, were both engineers (me being the actual engineer while shes going to school for engineering), shes a bit of a thot and enjoys weekly casual sex from various master students in other universities (nothing wrong with this tbh) and shes a leftist but surprisingly enough she accepts alot of red pill knowledge that we talk about from time to time. for instance, she talks about having kids at 30 and i tell her shes rolling a dice as the older she gets, the harder it will be and she acknowledges this and says sheill take the risk instead of the typical bitchy response. My situation is i have two engineering degrees and my last name is very well known in city due to my family's company. for physical appearance, I am 5 8' and not skinny or obese but somewhere in the middle. Although my family is very rich, my dad does not give me money so i thought since my condo is big enough, a roommate would be helpful. What are your thoughts about this? anything i should be worried about or should be thinking about down the road? for now its been fine. Yes i have a tenant agreement before you ask
