Depends on which court you'll be in. Preponderance of evidence is the standard of evidence for civil court, where you would sue her!
If its criminal, most likely where you'd be, the consequences can be much higher, such as losing your freedom.
Criminal court requires the highest standard of evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt! And if you have it all documented as you say, learn how to prepare an affidavit! You will need one for each piece of evidence you have supporting your position! Then attach the video/audio(or whatever you are submitting)as a exhibit to the affidavit! It's called the best evidence rule as sworn testimony(affidavit)is considered the best evidence!
This meets the requirements for it, at least in my jurisdiction! Recently, a friends lawyer had charged him as much as a $1000 for each affidavit he prepared!
His bill is just shy of $10,000, and they haven't set foot in a courtroom as of yet! Learning how to prepare some of these documents helps keep the costs down and you learn how the system works,(once I had learned enough, I was very surprised at how much deception and outright lies the prosecutor could engage in! Something I was blind to, before I learned how this all works!)at least to a point!
Just in case you're wondering, I learned this from experiance.
I have been falsely accused once(not a male/ female issue)and couldn't afford a lawyer(who is not on your side, but an officer of the court and even if you are paying him, his first duty is to the state)so I had to defend myself.
I was sucessful! And it wasn't that difficult! Although domestic issues are another matter these days. The courts are not impartial on this issue imo! I've been witness to a judge in collusion with the prosecutor and exhibiting severe judicial bias in favor of the complaintant, just it in the last year! One last thing. When it comes to recordings as evidence, the prosecution may bring up the issue of the recording possibly being edited.
So having them certified unedited by someone who could examine them for editing may be helpful!

I wrote up a post basically stating the same thing.

Even if the courts do not accept it as evidence, wah-man are A SHIT TON MORE AFRAID of public opinion.

Besides, I would rather go to jail for recording something illegally than going to jail for some bullshit a wah-man invented.

Upload everything to the cloud and keep in a file with each girls name.

Be better yet if you were actually MGTOW instead of just claiming to be.

Then you wouldn't need to go to such extremes.
