She could of wished to meet an independently wealthy, older woman with a heart condition, who was desperate to take on board a mentor to pass on her lives work to. A mentor who'd go above and beyond what a mentor does and share her wealth so the person she mentors can remain free from the toils of survival. Shit is... recently (like last 6 months)...
I've heard almost the EXACT same "life plan" from a couple of (just graduating from HS) young GUYS.
And no, they're not "out/gay" nor even overtly effeminate -- closeted? who knows?? -- but nevertheless they STILL somehow seem to think they will find some "sugar daddy" super-rich person they can leech off of, live the high-life... and eventually inherit everything from.
When asked WHY they think anyone would ENABLE them to do so... they simply reply with statements of entitlement: because THEY (the kid) are so "awesome" and "deserve" it, etc.
Career plans? Actual desire to "work"? Fuck no.
Little shits are in for a VERY rude awakening in fairly short order -- sure, college & maybe even other "easy credit" for a year or two beyond that will let them "live the life" -- but eventually the real world is going to SMACK then hard (even harder depending on how deep in debt they get). Going to be a LOT of whinging and gnashing of teeth... probably LOTS of late 20's/early 30's druggy/homeless/suicides too.
I should note that this seems to be the "tail end" of the Millennials -- I've also met (ironically enough in their age-mates, that is a handful of other kids also recently graduating) who seem to be the lead of "Generation Z[yklon]" -- headed for trade-school or even right into trade-work instead of "college"; they're gonna have ZERO pity on these "entitled princelings/princesses." (Also, guess which ones know how to hunt/shoot & gut/cook their prey? Ayah.)
