Yeah this is pretty common knowledge. The bar is obligated to cut someone off of they seem drunk, because its in the bars favor to keep shoving drinks down your throat.

You know what, every bar should get sued for serving women drinks, because we all know women can't handle alchohol so they're endangering everyone on the road. The state should be sued for giving a liquor licence to any establishment that serves women alchohol. Until ultimately the laws are changed: And any woman seen entering a bar should get a $50k fine per offence. Any bar that lets a woman in should get a $1k fine per offence. Retailers should have to follow laws similar to selling alchohol to minors with respect to women. If a man buys alchohol and gives it to or shares it with a woman the penalty should be the same as giving it to a minor. Edit: And if women can't pay the $50k fine without whoring or male assitance they should be treated the way men who fail to pay child support are, revocation of passport etc.

How the fuck is a bar supposed to know that you're too drunk to be served if you conceal it? I guess video footage from the bar could shed light on how visibly intoxicated she was. What a terrible tragedy to kill an 87 year old while drunk driving.

That's not the novelty. If a guy was suing the bar because they let her drink until she couldn't consent to sex; that would be new.

If they win, then after the cops did a breather test and confirmed positive on a woman, the cops won't charge the woman but the bar instead.
