I slipped up and *shudder* went on a date the other day.

Age 42 (I am 39)
Never married
No kids, doesn't want them
Wanted a family at one time but it didn't work out, focused on career and moved a few times
Was once engaged to be married (not sure what happened)

Eats healthy
Fit and in shape, looks good for her age

Not into shopping
Good paying secure STEM job that she loves with upward mobility, setup to retire at 50

Has her own condo, having a townhouse built

Doesn't seem like the type of woman that wants to be supported. Nor does she want to get knocked up (or at least she says she doesn't want kids). Would any of you make an exception for a woman who has her own financial situation straightened out?
