I’m glad this forum exists so I can vent without being attacked by the NPCs. Basically as the title states, I’m unable to keep my cool around women, be it in a social setting, the workplace, or just simple day to day interaction. I’m not a malicious person but I’m starting to feel a seething hatred around them. Little things like seeing them pucker their lips over and over again to take selfies in public places, mouthing off to retail workers, basically everything people complain about in here, has gone from being tolerable to making me feel almost predisposed to violence. I’d never harm anyone obviously, but often times I enjoy watching videos of belligerent women getting punched in the face for degrading people. I know I need to learn to get over it and not let it affect me, but it’s hard to do so at this point in my life. I’ve gotten to the point that I shun socializing as much as possible, despite being a fairly extroverted person by nature. Having a sex drive is annoyance, because I haven’t slept with anyone for two years since I can’t stomach the “laying game bullshit,” buying expensive dinners, etc.

What set me off this week was one female in particular who made a derogatory comment towards me for living with my parents (I’ve had a hard time making it as an audio engineer and am trying to save for my own place), saying: “how are you enjoying Valentine’s Day in your mom’s basement?” I didn’t even say anything rude to her, she just felt like taking a jab at me. I just can’t take cunts like that anymore.

If anyone has specific meditation/yoga techniques or anything else that’s useful for you in dealing with extreme rage and agitation, please share them. I need to get myself in a better headspace and become the old me again, despite how obnoxious and malicious women can be.
