Two years have passed since I decided to embrace TRP ideals, at the age of 25 I found myself out of shape and without a clear vision of the man who I wanted to be, in a word; Lost.

I started to question everything, reading the right books (sidebar too), It took time but I created sustainable healthy habits due to training martial arts 4 times a week, run, meditate, lift, swim and more

I got more organized, clean, and my career went places I never imagine. I started to be the hero of my own movie.

Before you throw your BS at me, I'm not seeking for TRP admins approval, or to feel validated by fellow "alpha-males" online.

You don't know me but don't think so little of me, my self-esteem isn't attached to what others think of me.

My intention is to share my experience because I'm closer to you that just took TRP than to those that are already on their way to the alpha male hall of fame.

I've been approaching picking up girls as an economy case study. You should too, sex is a market.

Niche things down, learn how to market yourself, profit and repeat.

I found this interesting girl online and I decide to go for drinks in a bar near my place.

The thing is, she's not just an interesting girl, she's a 22 years-old college student traveling with her friend. (niche down)

Instead of wasting my time looking for whatever girl at the club with inflated SMV, I pick travelers as my target to approach, I make sure they stay for a weekend only or a week tops, between 21 and 30 years old.

Trust me it makes things easy, you can narrow down your niche as much as you want. Keep it fun and related to what you enjoy in life.

Market yourself

Have you ever heard of selling by showing? well, it's simple. Imagine you're a car salesman, It makes sense to own a car that many clients would love to buy.

Why should anyone let you help them to pick their new car if you drive a piece of junk with wheels?

Exactly, there's no justification to trust you based on first impressions.

In terms of the game, once you go out to meet with girls from your niche show them why they should trust their business in your hands.

I won't explain much about this, go ahead and read the side-bar.

However, a quick summary of the best way to market you within your niche is to actually care about yourself.

Wear the best you can afford, don't be afraid to be the better dress in the room.

Hygiene, a hair-cut twice a month or once a week, find the adequate beard style for your face, clean yourself regularly, you're not an average guy to your niche you're the iPhone these girls thought they couldn't afford but there it is.

The core concept is to be perceived as someone hard to find within your niche, a man of honor, fun, and value.

Work on your body, lifting is awesome. But I recommend you to hack your way to stay fit and healthy forever.

Find something you could do for five or ten years. Not for the girls but for yourself, girls attention is a by-product of it, not why you do it.

Build a life that worth living, start your business, fight for that raise on your job, hustle, hustle, hustle. Having a Cool hobby won't harm you either.

Work on your mind even harder than your body, meditate, be mindful, build confidence, overcome limiting beliefs and wonderful experiences start to happen.

Be someone fun to be around, I work as..STFU, I had this girl back in...STFU, my investments went...STFU.

Girls want to have fun, proof them you know how to show a girl a good time.

Once you established your pick-up niche, hopefully, not single moms looking for a new daddy to raise her kids.

You'll meet girls of your taste all the time, my routine. I take them to the same bar 10 minute away from my place.

The frame goes along the lines of...I'm an interesting man you didn't imagine you would find in this city.

I know everything about this place and you don't, let me show you a good time, turn your brain off and enjoy. I'm your connection to fun in this city.

It works for me.

Make them laugh, have fun, talk to other girls, scale whenever you see an opportunity, kiss and move the party to a private place.

I know at 2 AM the music starts to suck at the bar, and it's time to move the party back to my flat.

If I've done everything correctly she'll say yes, is so easy and convenient. You might even save her some money on over-priced drinks. So considerate right?

I'm always improving my process. At first, I would make the mistake to party hard.

So hard we would both be exhausted to do anything after, I know, what an idiot, but that's how you learn.

Or I would go to a bar that wasn't close to my place and so on.
